Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All payments made to The Glow & Bubbly Girls Club—whether for membership, scheduled events, or any club services—are considered final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that the fee is a contribution toward the ongoing operations and exclusive benefits of the club.

Non-Members: If you are not a club member and you cancel your participation in a scheduled event at least 48 hours prior to its commencement, you may be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after this period will receive no refund.

Members: Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. The fee is an investment in the club’s exclusive programs and ongoing activities.

General: No refund will be provided once payment has been confirmed. This policy ensures that the club can continue to deliver high-quality services and maintain the standard of excellence our members expect.

Refunds, if applicable under the above conditions, will be processed within 7 business days.
